We are a small certified horticultural business. Seeking a reliable and responsible gardener to join our team.
About:
This is a physical demanding job in outdoor environment.you must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to work in all weather conditions.
- garden maintenance tasks include lawn cutting, weeding pruning.
- new garden planting and installations.
- small hardscraping jobs.
Candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday and be able to meet early in morning 7:15 am in Esquimalt.
We are looking for someone who has some plant or gardening knowledge but it isn’t necessay. A strong work ethic and the willingness to learn.must be reliable punctual and able to follow directions.
Starting wage is based on experience. Wage reviews after first month for most new hires.if you enjoy working outside, have a good attitude,and want to be apart of hardworking fast paced team. We would love to hear from you.
