Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Garden Center
Merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining plant health,
assisting customers, and ensuring the garden center area is clean, organized, and visually
appealing. If you enjoy working with plants and providing beautiful visual experience, we’d
love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Water, and care for a variety of plants, flowers, and veggies
- Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests or disease
- Assist customers with plant selection and provide care advice
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the garden center area
Qualifications:
- Previous greenhouse/nursery experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Season Run and Requirements:
Mid April (weather dependent) – End of July (with potential to work till September). All
associates are required to provide their own and wear steel toed shoes/boots at all times.
