We’re Hiring! Administrative Assistant – InspectaCAR
Location: 542 38A Ave SE, Calgary, AB
Position: Part-Time in August → Full-Time starting in September
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends!
Wage: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Are you friendly, organized, and someone who enjoys helping people? InspectaCAR is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety in their day, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of a small, supportive, locally owned business.
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Answering phones and booking appointments
✔ Welcoming customers and providing great customer service
✔ Creating customer profiles and work orders
✔ Preparing inspection reports, AMVIC paperwork, Carfax reports, and other documents
✔ Creating invoices and processing payments
✔ Completing daily cash-out and basic bookkeeping tasks
✔ Entering bills and expenses into QuickBooks
✔ Keeping records organized and helping with office tasks
✔ Ordering supplies and assisting with inventory
✔ Helping keep our office and waiting area clean and welcoming
✔ Learning about InspectaCAR services so you can confidently assist customers
We’re looking for someone who is:

⭐ Organized with strong attention to detail
⭐ Reliable and willing to learn
⭐ Comfortable working independently
⭐ Good with computers
⭐ A team player who is willing to jump in where needed
QuickBooks, bookkeeping, administrative, or automotive experience is a bonus — but we are happy to train the right person!
