The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate, trend-savvy, and highly approachable Beauty Sales Associate to join our Dundas St team. In this role, you are the ultimate beauty matchmaker and the welcoming face of our brand. You won't just be ringing up purchases; you will be educating clients, sharing your skincare obsessions, and delivering a VIP-level experience. Your Impact (What You Will Do):
- Sales & Client Empowerment: Utilize your product passion and strategic selling techniques to consistently meet or exceed your individual monthly sales targets. Your hard work directly translates to your Monthly Performance Bonus!
- Beauty Education & Connection: Master our extensive product lines to confidently explain active ingredients, demonstrate routines, and provide highly tailored recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Operational Excellence: Keep our beautiful store running flawlessly by processing transactions accurately at the POS. Execute inspiring visual merchandising, meticulously organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is fully restocked in a timely manner.
- Hygiene & Presentation: Champion strict hygiene standards by rigorously monitoring product testers and sampling stations to ensure a safe and pristine environment for our clients.
- Digital Brand Building: Voluntarily participate in creating fun, engaging digital content (photos/short videos) for our social media channels to showcase our vibrant downtown store energy and new arrivals.
Your Profile (Requirements):
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is required. A proven track record of hitting sales KPIs is a massive plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Because our downtown location serves a predominantly Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking demographic, conversational or professional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred and considered a major asset.
- Professional Polish: You represent our brand! You must maintain a polished, highly professional appearance at all times and strictly adhere to our dress code and grooming standards.
- Physical & Operational Readiness: Ability to safely lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs, and stand for extended periods in our fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability: Retail doesn't stop, and neither does our downtown crowd! You must be available for shifts during evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons. (Note: Vacation requests during Blackout Periods like Black Friday week and the December holiday season will generally not be approved).
