Junior Lawyer (Contract – Temporary Legal Drafting Support)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Ontario preferred)
Term: July–August (with possible extension to October)
We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to provide temporary support with high-volume legal drafting work over a two-month period.
Scope of Work:
- Drafting and revising legal documents, agreements, and related materials
- Assisting with general legal drafting tasks as assigned
- Supporting internal legal and business teams with time-sensitive work
- Organizing and reviewing documentation for consistency and completeness
Time Commitment:
- Flexible scheduling, subject to workload demands
Qualifications:
- Called to the Ontario Bar (or eligible to practice in Ontario)
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in commercial, employment, or corporate drafting is an asset
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
