We’re looking for a Client Experience & Sales Representative who thrives in a people-first environment, loves connecting with others, and has a passion for exceptional customer service and sales. If you’re someone who enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives while working in a dynamic, wellness-focused setting—this is the job for you.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Scheduling – Be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups via phone, email, and text.
Sales & Membership Growth – Confidently upsell and cross-sell services to meet monthly sales goals, while converting prospects into members.
Billing & Admin Support – Manage client accounts, process payments, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.
Studio Support – Work closely with studio coordinators and sales managers to keep both locations running seamlessly.
Professional Development Support – Assist teachers with resources and scheduling to help them grow.
Active Physio Program Support – Be a key player in supporting our Active Physio Program launching in Fall 2025.
Inventory & Studio Upkeep – Ensure our space remains pristine, organized, and fully stocked to enhance the client experience.
Auxiliary Sales - Increase our auxiliary sales offering and drive member interest in purchases merchandise and products to enhance their experience.
Proactive Sales & Follow-Ups – Engage with leads over the phone, email, and text—guiding them from prospect to committed member.
Who You Are:
A natural people person who loves building connections.
A self-starter with strong sales and communication skills.
Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates (bonus points if you have experience in the industry).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Motivated by goals and results—you love a challenge and celebrate wins!
Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling, billing, and CRM systems.
