We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client's CEO in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating key business activities, and ensuring the CEO operates efficiently across strategic initiatives, operations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and executive logistics.
- Manage incoming communications and meeting requests.
- Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Liaise with internal teams, advisors, investors, legal counsel, and external partners.
- Track important projects, deadlines, and company initiatives.
- Assist with leadership meetings, company events, and cross-functional activities.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain organized digital files and records.
- Utilize technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow management.
- 3 - 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management, and collaboration tools.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, CPG, food production, or similar industries.
- Exposure to organizational change, acquisitions, or business transformation projects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
