We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of our CBD production and distribution facility. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in learning about cannabis/CBD operations, quality assurance, and inventory management.
The role is primarily focused on warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment, with additional support in field operations during slower warehouse periods.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Maintain organized and compliant storage of CBD products, ensuring proper environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness)
- Track inventory levels of finished goods, packaging materials, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts
- Prepare inventory reports for management
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure all orders meet company quality and packaging standards – including Health Canada requirements
Supply & Packaging Management
- Monitor packaging and supply inventory levels
- Assist with ordering and restocking materials as needed
- Ensure packaging materials meet brand and compliance standards
Quality Assurance & Compliance Support
- Assist with QA reporting and documentation
- Support organic compliance tracking and reporting requirements
- Monitor and report any pest activity or risks within storage and production areas
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the warehouse
Cross-Functional Support
- Assist field operations (planting, maintenance, harvesting support) during slower warehouse periods
- Support general operational needs as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, packing, moving inventory)
- Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems an asset)
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Assets:
- Experience with warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics
- Familiarity with cannabis or CBD product handling and storage
- Experience with quality assurance or compliance reporting
- Agricultural or farm experience
