Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation and food assembly to ensure timely service
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in accordance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Follow all safety procedures related to kitchen equipment and food handling
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Skills
- Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is a plus
