REGULAR DAY FOR YOU WILL INCLUDE:

Gather information to locate missing vehicles using tools such as Canada 411, Credit Bureau Reports, social media, etc. for the Customer Accounts Department.

Try to locate the missing vehicle by searching the last area client was last living including where the vehicle may have been serviced/impounded.
-
Participate in team building and incentive projects.
-
Maintain a working queue of approximately 50-100 files with the ability to multitask.
-
Conduct as required compliance testing or other assigned projects as they present themselves.
-
Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
You have at least a minimum of 1 year of skip trace experience.
-
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English and French.

You are proficient on all social media platforms and open-source tools.
-
You think "outside the box" and can decipher credit bureau reports.
-
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-
You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Strong development of personal contacts within the industry for trace and investigative assistance.
-
You can collaborate well with various teams and departments.
Extra-awesome to have!

At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar industry.

Experience working as a bailiff/investigator.
-
Post-secondary education.
Working conditions

You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 9:30 a.m.to 6:00 pm, 12:30 to 9:00 p.m.
