Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Journeyman
- Valid Red Seal Journeyman Plumber ticket
- Valid Gasfitter Class B gas ticket (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid Basic First Aid Training Certificate
- Valid Fall Protection Elevating Work Platform Certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow directions
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Must be willing to work hard and have a positive attitude
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and interpret drawings and specifications to lay out plumbing systems
- Collaborate effectively with General Contractors, Sub-trades, and other project stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the BC plumbing code and industry best practices
- Efficiently install plumbing and heating piping systems, fixtures, equipment, and various heating solutions
- Support pre-construction coordination through material estimation, procurement, and management
- Lead and mentor a small crew of apprentice plumbers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform additional tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to project success

Pay: $46.63-$53.62 per hour
