What You’ll Do
As a Junior Technician, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of the trade. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Installing residential and commercial water treatment systems (softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration units, etc.).
- Servicing and maintaining existing systems to ensure peak performance and water quality.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or water flow issues.
- Interacting with customers politely and professionally, explaining how their new systems work.
- Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle and workspace.
What We Are Looking For
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to master a new trade and take direction well.
- Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (basic plumbing or electrical familiarity is a major asset but not required).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (e.g., salt bags, filtration tanks) and work in tight spaces when necessary.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work an immediate start.
- Driver's License: A valid clean driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.
- Customer-First Attitude: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when dealing with clients.
