Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training on accounting procedures and software tools
- Assist in the development of internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and forecasts based on data analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and account reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate complex financial information clearly
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to financial reporting and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred

Pay: $78,500.00-$88,300.00 per year
