Part-Time Sales Associate

Job Summary
RONA is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while assisting with a variety of store operations. No previous experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Mix paint accurately using computerized paint-matching equipment.
- Cut keys to customer specifications.
- Prepare and write customer orders.
- Receive, organize, and stock merchandise on sales floor and in designated storage areas.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked departments.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and cash handling skills are an asset.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.
