We are seeking a reliable and hardworking House Maintenance Manager (General Labor) to assist with general home maintenance and outdoor tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and willing to help with a variety of household and outdoor duties.
Responsibilities:
- General labor and house maintenance tasks
- Assisting with organizing the garage
- Helping with backyard work and outdoor cleaning
- Snow shoveling during winter (when needed)
- Moving and organizing household items
- Basic maintenance and repair assistance
- Keeping outdoor and storage areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and hardworking
- Able to perform physical work
- Can work independently and follow instructions
- Car is not required (having a car is optional)
- Must be willing to do some outdoor work
