We're looking for a Back Bar who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced pub environment and has excellent customer service skills to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited to:
- Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies throughout shifts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage areas, and service stations.
- Washing, polishing, and storing glassware and bar equipment.
- Assisting bartenders with preparation and setup for service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Replacing kegs and restocking coolers and refrigerators as needed.
- Removing empty bottles, garbage, and recycling in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Supporting the bar team to ensure efficient and smooth operations during service.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation is preferred, as we operate late into the evening
