FORMA Athletics & Therapy sets a new standard in integrated care, from table to turf. We seek a Physiotherapist focused on rebuilding capacity and driving performance rather than just treating pain.
The Role
Work with strength coaches and manual practitioners in a clinical-performance environment to bridge rehab and training.
Responsibilities
- Treat diverse clients, from youth athletes to active adults.
- Design strength-based and movement-based rehab.
- Collaborate with coaches for return-to-sport transitions.
- Manage injury and post-surgical care.
- Educate on movement, load, and resilience.
Who You Are
- Passionate about sports rehab and team-based care.
- Strong communicator and growth-minded.
- Registered (or eligible) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Physiotherapy degree holder with CPR/First Aid certification.
Bonus Qualifications
- Youth athlete experience or S&C background.
- Familiarity with return-to-play or concussion protocols.
