What We’re Looking For
- Open availability for evenings and weekends (required)
- Part Time and Full Time positions available
- Outgoing, confident personality - you’re comfortable leading the vibe at your tables
- Ability to handle volume with a smile and stay organized under pressure
- Natural relationship builder with guests and teammates
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Previous serving experience in a busy bar or restaurant is an asset
Your Role on the Floor
- Deliver exceptional food & beverage service in a high-volume sports bar
- Create memorable guest experiences through conversation, energy, and attentiveness
- Stay on top of game flow, drink service, and table turns
- Work as a tight team with bartenders, kitchen, and hosts during peak rushes
- Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
