Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outbound Supervisor coordinates a crew of forklift operators in both inbound unloading and outbound loading to meet priority overnight outbound schedules.
Job Requirements:
· Transportation experience required – LTL experience preferred!
· Management or Supervisory experience required
· Professional attitude in all interactions representing Overland West Freight Lines
· Excellent communication skills
· Forklift Certification required
· Basic geographical knowledge of BC and Alberta an asset
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Excel, Word
· Ability to learn and operate within our in house tracking and billing software
Compensation & Benefits:
· $26-$28/hr depending on experience
