We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, hotel, or commercial cleaning, with a strong background in supervising and managing cleaning staff. Someone who is physical fit and can lift up to 50lbs. As a Lead Cleaner, you will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and assignments
- Perform all cleaning duties to the highest standard.
Experience:
- No less then 3 years proven cleaning experience in residential , hotel, or commercial cleaning
- Previous experience in supervising or managing cleaning staff
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
