UCMAS Surrey North is looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Course Instructor to join our growing team. Our internationally recognized brain development program helps children aged 4-13 years to improve focus, memory, confidence, concentration, and problem-solving skills through the UCMAS Mental Math program.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys being around children, loves teaching in creative ways, and wants to make a lasting impact on young lives.
What You'll Do
- Teach and guide students aged 4-13 years through i-maths and UCMAS curriculum.
- Create a positive, engaging, and fun classroom environment where children love to learn.
- Use creative activities and innovative teaching methods to keep students motivated and engaged.
- Build meaningful connections with students and encourage their confidence and growth.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Participate in student events, competitions, and special centre activities.
Who We're Looking for
- Someone who truly loves working with children.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and positive.
- Creative and able to think outside the box to keep children engaged and motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, childcare, or educational experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
