Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments to meet client needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
- Engage in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client experience and salon sales
- Prior experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
- Passion for the beauty industry, creativity, and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role
Pay: $150.00 per week
