Core RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead crews: Manage daily work schedules for 2–5 laborers.
READ plans: Interpret blueprints, grading scales, and site layouts.
BUILD hardscapes: Install interlock stone patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
OPERATEmachinery: Run skid steers, mini-excavators, and trenchers safely. Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience : 3+ years in landscape construction; 1+ years leading crews.
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Fitness: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors daily.
Wage will be based on experience.
