Truck Driver - Loader (Waste & Recycle)

We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking DZ Driver / Loader to join our team in Bracebridge. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
This position combines commercial driving with hands-on residential waste collection, making it ideal for drivers who don't mind physical work and take pride in providing reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a DZ waste collection truck on residential routes
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assist with loading and collecting residential waste and recycling
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Complete assigned routes while following all safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario DZ Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Previous waste industry experience is an asset but not required
