Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our team at Exit 153 Restaurant. You will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus tips through a tip-sharing program.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Ensure customers have a positive experience
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Clean and restock tables, glassware, and restaurant supplies
- Assist with additional restaurant duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Pay: $15.90-$16.90 per hour
