We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in helping our warehouse and logistics teams stay on track by handling paperwork, coordinating shipments, and supporting day-to-day operations across all our locations.
The successful candidate must have a reliable vehicle or confirmed transportation to work. Our warehouse is not accessible via public transit.
Primary Job Purpose
The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of daily warehouse operations. Based in our Dispatch Office, this position supports the preparation and documentation of material transfers, pick-ups, and deliveries across all company locations. The role is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory tracking and providing critical administrative support to the warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and allocate completed materials to the warehouse for distribution.

Assist installers, service technicians, customers, and other visitors during pick-ups, ensuring all relevant documentation is received (e.g., job #, SID #, PO #, container ID).

Allocate materials for upcoming jobs and generate job labels when required.

Maintain and update delivery schedules in Tracker, including printing delivery route sheets and specifying warehouse material locations.

Coordinate daily and weekly material transfers to and from distribution centers (Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon, and Rosedale).

Support warehouse inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.

Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and manage email communications for the Dispatch Office.

Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs).

Liaise with the Warehouse, Custom Shop, and Service teams to ensure accurate material handling and job coordination.

Manage carpet cut sheet documentation and organize shipments to Edmonton.

Provide the Distribution team with tracking information and all relevant delivery paperwork.

Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Experience using internal systems (e.g., Divine Tracker or similar ERP/inventory tools).

Education and Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics administration strongly preferred.

Previous Customer service experience considered an asset.
Hours of Work: 07:30am to 4:00pm
