Lead construction projects from planning through successful completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Oversee site progress while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates, forecasts, and progress reports.
Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage procurement activities.
Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain schedules and deliverables.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to site teams to ensure project success.
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction practices, contracts, building codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
