Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Manager (IRATA Level 3) to oversee the technical execution and safety of high rise window cleaning projects that are performed by Rope Access. This role requires IRATA Rope Access Level 3 Certification and 3 years minimum of Rope Access window cleaning experience. Additional requirements include a minimum of 2 years of having trained new employees in Rope Access window cleaning and a minimum of 2 years of having been the lead team member on a job site responsible for all safety issues.
Duties:
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces
- Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms
- Oversee safety of operations
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Provide customer service
- Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures
- Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Experience:
- Must have Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
- First Aid Certificate
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum 3 years of window cleaning experience
- Must have supervisory experience
- Have experience supervising 16-20 people in various areas of responsibility
- Working at heights
- Must have window cleaning experience
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions while maintaining strict safety standards
