Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, supporting business decision-making, and driving financial performance. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements and records
- Assist in risk management assessments by analyzing potential financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Support corporate finance activities including capital budgeting, investment analysis, and funding strategies
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to evaluate profitability and growth opportunities
- Lead negotiations with vendors or partners to secure favorable terms and optimize financial outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management highlighting key financial metrics and insights
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal controls to ensure integrity of financial data
Experience
- Proven experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related fields with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales support, and business development activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in risk management, account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
- Prior experience in organizational planning or process improvement is a plus

Pay: $49,617.90-$97,557.14 per year
