Stonnex Roofing is a premium roofing company serving the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing projects with a focus on professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship.
We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our growing team. This position can be either part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability.
Position Overview
The Estimator will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, conducting roof assessments, preparing quotes, and helping guide clients through the roofing process.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in roofing, construction sales, project coordination, or estimating who enjoys working directly with customers and being part of a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections and site visits
- Measure roofs and assess project requirements
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members
- Maintain accurate records of leads and quotations
- Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries
- Assist with material takeoffs and project planning
Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, construction, estimating, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic knowledge of roofing systems and materials is an asset
- Experience using CRM systems or estimating software is an asset
