Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting Industrial Manufacturing Labourers for a leading manufacturing company in Calgary. These are long-term evaluation-to-hire opportunities with excellent earning potential and room for growth.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are physically fit, and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Previous construction, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset, but we are also open to motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with manufacturing and production processes
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards
- Perform other general labour duties as required
Work Environment:
- Industrial manufacturing facility
- Dirty, dusty, and hot working conditions
- Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive tasks
- Safety-conscious environment with full training provided
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour throughout the shift
- Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Steel-toe boots required
- Strong attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work any full-time shift, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends as required

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
