The successful candidate will be a personable, outgoing individual who will deliver friendly customer service in a professional manner. Greet customers when answering incoming calls to provide service information and to assist customers in making a decision to book residential and commercial calls. JAPCO provides extensive training in conversational selling to achieve this. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required. You must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative activities will include processing new client accounts into our database and paperwork procedures. You will be communicating with supervisors, co-workers by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
