RiVana Women's Clinic. is a women-only virtual healthcare clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care for women across Canada. We specialize in menopause, medical weight management, and overall women’s wellness.
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in BC, Ontario and/or Alberta with a passion for women’s health to join our growing virtual clinic. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-centered, and values providing comprehensive, personalized, high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and symptom reviews
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions related to women’s health
- Provide menopause and perimenopause care, including Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatment options
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret laboratory tests, and make specialist referrals as clinically appropriate
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients
- Provide medical weight management care, including GLP-1 therapies when appropriate
- Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventative health strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on response and lab results
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the Juvonno EMR in alignment with PIPEDA/PHIPA regulations
- Collaborate with other Nurse Practitioners and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold all regulatory, privacy, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing in BC, Ontario and/or Alberta
- Strong experience in women’s health, menopause, hormonal care, and weight management
- Experience providing virtual or telehealth care is an asset
- Experience prescribing HRT and GLP-1
- Licensed in more than one province is an asset
- Comfortable using digital tools and virtual care platforms, including managing schedules and patient workflows within an EMR
- Excellent clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Proficient with electronic medical record systems
- Commitment to providing respectful, inclusive, and non-rushed care
- Must have or be able to obtain Individual liability insurance
