Description
We are seeking certificated teachers to join our supply roster and active applicant pool to support student learning in diverse learning environments across all subject areas and grade levels. Applicants must have a Bachelors of Education and be eligible to teach in Alberta; teachers must be certified through Alberta Education. ● build positive and productive with students, parents/ guardians, peers and others in the school to support student learning
● engage in career-long professional learning and critical reflection to improve teaching and learing
● demonstrate a Professional Body of knowledge by applying a current comprehensive repertoire of effective planning, instruction and assessment practices to meet the learning needs of students
● establish, promote and sustain inclusive learning environments where diversity is embraced and every student is welcomed, cared for, respected and safe.
● apply foundational knowledge about First Nations, Metis and Inuit for the benefit of all students
● adhere to the legal frameworks and policies that provide the foundations for the Alberta education system
Rate of Pay $142 (half day); 285 (full day)
