Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the hotel rooms and common areas.
- Change linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked for guest use.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Uphold a high level of customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to cook basic meals for guests if required.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Proficiency in laundering tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens.
