ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team Thursday through Sunday.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a progressive, digitally advanced practice that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and delivering an elevated patient experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
- Providing exceptional dental hygiene care
- Taking diagnostic radiographs
- Sterilization and infection prevention protocols
- Delivering hospitality-driven service that exceeds traditional dental office standards
- Embracing new technologies and continually learning advanced clinical techniques
- Collaborating closely with the Clinic Director, Dental Assistants, and Practice Owner to ensure seamless patient care
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a patient-first mindset
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with patients and colleagues
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional patient experiences
- Experience with Curve Hero, Romexis, and iTero is considered a strong asset
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
