Pest Control Technician – Full Time
Cranbrook Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving residential and commercial clients throughout the East and West Kootenays. We are growing and seeking a motivated, professional Pest Control Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Service a daily route in Cranbrook and surrounding communities (home every night)
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and contributing conditions
- Access and work in areas such as attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces as required
- Provide clear communication and tailored treatment solutions to customers
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe working condition
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience considered an asset
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone, and computer)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a route
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
What We Offer
- Base salary: $42,000–$50,000 per year
- Commission and bonus opportunities (after probation period)
