Role Responsibilities:
● Strategize and Collaborate: Partner with Canada's leading retailers and major brands to develop and execute successful strategies.
● Drive Sales Growth: Provide key insights and strategies to enhance our sales processes and expand our existing accounts.
● Exceed Targets: Go above and beyond to smash sales budgets and volume targets, setting new benchmarks for success.
● Negotiate Like a Pro: Lead negotiations with top-tier clients, ensuring every deal aligns with our company's goals and interests.
● Face Challenges Head-On: Swiftly address and resolve challenges to maintain momentum and drive success.
● Keep Everyone in the Loop: Provide regular reports on opportunities, appointments, and key metrics to ensure the team is informed and aligned.
● Go Above and Beyond: Take on additional duties as needed to support our dynamic and growing team.
Qualifications:
● Sales Savvy: Proven experience in grocery-related sales is essential.
● Industry Know-How: A strong understanding of the Retail sales industry is highly advantageous.
● Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must.
● Team Player: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
● Willing to Go the Distance: Frequent travel is part of the gig, so pack your bags!
