Site Supervisor
Location: Mississauga, ON (On-Site)

Highrise Restoration Inc. is a growing general contracting company specializing in building envelope, parking garage, balcony, facade, waterproofing, and capital restoration projects for condominium, apartment, townhouse, and commercial properties. Our success depends on strong field execution, clear reporting, and reliable coordination between site teams and office leadership.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee field activity across restoration construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule across active job sites.
The successful candidate may come from a foreman, lead hand, team lead, or field supervision background. This role requires regular travel between sites, strong communication with project managers and field crews, and the ability to ensure work is completed according to scope and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between job sites to monitor progress and quality
- Supervise field teams and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards
- Review technical execution of restoration work, including waterproofing, concrete repair, sealant replacement, membrane installation, facade work, and balcony repairs
- Report progress, site issues, and updates to project managers
- Use project management software and digital tools for updates and documentation
- Support daily site coordination and issue resolution
- Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and professionally
- Identify potential delays, quality concerns, or site challenges
- Maintain clear communication between field and office teams
- Promote and support safe work practices across all job sites.
Qualifications
- Field supervision, foreman, team lead, or similar construction experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of restoration construction
- Experience with building envelope, waterproofing, concrete repair, parking garage restoration, facade work, or balcony restoration preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable traveling between job sites
- Comfortable using digital tools, reporting systems, and project software
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to identify quality issues and support practical solutions
- Team-oriented, accountable, respectful, and safety-conscious
- Regular travel between GTA job sites is required.
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Pay: CA$75,000 - CA$100,000 per year, based on experience
- Eligibility for the performance-based bonus program
