Seasonal Nursery Labourer
Qualitree Propagators Inc., located at 51546 Ferry Road, Rosedale, BC, is seeking Seasonal Nursery Labourers for our fall 2026 season.
Duties: Plant propagation, transplanting, planting, spacing, watering, crop maintenance, order preparation, shipping, and other greenhouse and nursery production tasks as required.
Location: Rosedale, BC.
Wage: $18.25 per hour, plus eligibility for a result-based bonus program.
Hours: 40–55 hours per week, 5 days per week with some Saturday work required. Sundays off.
Qualifications: Hardworking, reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours in greenhouse and outdoor conditions. Applicants must be physically capable of performing manual labour, including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks. Previous nursery, greenhouse, or agricultural experience is an asset.
