About the Role
Unipac is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to drive new business growth across Ontario.
This is a field sales role focused on developing new customers and expanding our market presence. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Ontario.
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote Unipac's extensive range of films, packaging products, casings, spices, seasonings, ingredients, and equipment.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently on leads and sales opportunities until business is secured.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline reports.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve agreed sales and new business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record in new business development.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities into customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the food processing, meat processing, packaging, ingredients, or related industries would be an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
