Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with installation of decorative curbing. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Perform manual labor such as installation of concrete curbing, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as directed
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is desirable
