Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and technical skills to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for material handling.
- Perform machining, welding, or mechanical tasks to prepare parts for assembly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies before final approval.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, preferably with warehouse experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics reading.
- Experience with welding, machining, or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in assembly processes within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
