Reports To: Deputy Head of the FCD
Employment Type: Fix-term Contract
Location: Richmond Hill Office
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial payment of the Bank, staff reimbursement and fixed assets control.
- Prepare analyze and perform budgetary control over the designated expenditure.
- Chronological paper filing and electronic filing of the expenditure.
- Prepare monthly schedule for Accounts receivable and Payable.
- Perform annual physical Fixed Assets Inventory check.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation student or graduate in Accounting/Business Administration.
- A minimum of 6 months of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skill in English. Proficient in Chinese languages is considered an asset.
