Job Description:
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with budget, company policies and procedures.
- This position would entail data entry of Purchase Orders.
- Liaise, consult and communicate with contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
Experience:
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of take-off packages, spreadsheet, New Star Constellation, MS Excel, MS Word, and Estimating packages.
- Residential and Commercial construction knowledge is a must.
- Experience reviewing contracts an asset.
- Post-secondary education is a must.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, ability to work well under pressure and follow deadlines.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work as a member of a greater team.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel would be an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
