We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Cell Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Participate fully in training programs provided.
-
Manufacture castings in a team-oriented production environment.
-
Perform cutting, sanding and grinding of castings.
-
Progress into casting duties as training milestones are achieved.

Work collaboratively with other Finishers, Casters and Cell Leaders to meet delivery commitments.

Apply 5S and Continuous Improvement practices.
What You Bring:

Ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Flexibility with working overtime.
