Our crews work on a wide range of projects across Alberta, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food plants, commercial buildings, and energy-sector sites. We are looking for team members who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and are ready to grow with a strong and respected company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders, shot blasters, and other surface preparation equipment
- Mix and install epoxy and resinous floor coating systems
- Complete concrete repairs, patching, and crack filling as required
- Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and trowels
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
- Work effectively with crew members and supervisors on active job sites
- Travel to projects throughout Alberta and Western Canada as required
- Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures
Qualifications
- Experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems preferred
- Experience in construction, concrete repair, coatings, or industrial work considered an asset
- Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and working long hours on job sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s licence considered an asset
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when required
