Admin Assistant
Mann Immigration services is an Immigration consulting firm in GTA growing at a fast pace in the field of Immigration. The Immigration Administrative assistant serves as a direct point of contact for our customers and is responsible for promoting, increasing, developing, facilitating, and maintaining customer sales and customer satisfaction. The Administrative assistant must troubleshoot, problem-solve, communicate, and coordinate with other departments at Mann Immigration to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with Mann Immigration clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Book appointments
- Collecting, organizing and reviewing documents received in support of applications
- Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding em pathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of immigration solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
- Educate and assist clients with using Mann immigration digital capabilities
- Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
