Job Responsibilities
Install, repair, maintain and inspect various HVAC equipment in commercial buildings, such as boilers, pumps, air handling units, heat exchangers or rooftop units.
Demonstrate safe working practices and procedures.
Prepare for installation, service, or maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.
Use hand tools, power tools and a variety of measuring devices to check pressure, temperature, flow and electrical current.
Install piping/tubing and components.
Troubleshooting.
Work occasionally on weekends or evenings for emergency service calls or repairs.
Qualifications
Must have G1 or G2 gas technician licensing.
Any of the following will be an asset: refrigeration 313A or 313 D license and ODP card
Must have clean driver's record.
Can you look at a diagram or blueprint and visualize how things come together?
Do you enjoy working with your hands and using different types of tools?
Be able to bend, stretch, reach and work in confined spaces if required.
We Offer
Salary range: $22 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits after 3 months.
2 to 3 weeks vacation, depending on experience.
Training
Bonus, up to 10% of salary, depending on individual and company performance.
