Structure: Contract 12 months to start

Deliverables

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing the loan lifecycle, improving operational efficiency, customer experience, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Establish and implement governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls, KPIs, and reporting structures to support sustainable business transformation outcomes.

Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, executive reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, training, benefits realization tracking, and transition of capabilities into ongoing business operations.
Experience Required

10+ years of Project or Program Management experience within banking, financial services, or highly regulated enterprise environments.

Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving business process redesign, operating model development, governance, technology modernization, and organizational change.

Strong experience managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple concurrent workstreams within complex delivery environments.

Expertise in project governance, budget management, schedule management, risk and dependency management, KPI tracking, benefits realization, and executive reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or related discipline; bilingual French and English required, with PMP or equivalent project management certification considered an asset.
